Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship in your 63 Industries products under normal use and maintenance conditions. It applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period

The warranty is valid for a period of the lifetime of the product.

3. What This Warranty Covers

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Failures or malfunctions under normal use conditions.
  • Replacement of defective parts or components.

4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Damage caused by improper installation, use, or maintenance.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches or dents).
  • Modifications, alterations, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.
  • Losses resulting from the use of non-approved accessories or parts.

5. How to Make a Claim

To make a warranty claim, follow these steps:

  2. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the product and defect.
  3. Follow the instructions provided by our support team for evaluation and further steps.

6. Warranty Remedies

If a defect covered by this warranty is found, 63 Industries will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product or part.
  • Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of equivalent value.
  • Refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not possible.

7. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty is your sole and exclusive remedy and is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. 63 Industries shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
