This KARGA replaces the 40% side of the backseat, which is behind the driver's seat, then anchors into the seat mounts on one side and the aluminum legs go down to the floor mat on the other side. This is a very sturdy installation that only takes a few minutes and can be accomplished with just a screwdriver.
